Brain is a peer-reviewed scientific journal of neurology published by Oxford University Press. It was edited by John Newsom-Davis from 1997 to 2004. Under his editorship it became one of the first scientific journals to go online.[1] Since 2004 the journal is edited by Alastair Compston (Cambridge University). According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2011 impact factor of 9.457.[2]
