Bhivpuri is a town in Karjat Taluka near Mumbai. Bhivpuri Road is a railway station on the Mumbai Suburban Railway. Bhivpuri is scenic place on the outskirts of Mumbai, which could be developed as a commercial tourist place for weekends. First ever temple of Sai Baba of Shirdi is often visited by devotees and pilgrims here.[1][2]Tata Power Co. has hydro-electricity generator plant here situated near Bhivpuri Dam.
Yadavrao Tasgaonkar Group of Educational Institutes is situated in Bhivpuri.
