Bellegem is a submunicipality of the city of Kortrijk. It is a village in West Flanders, Belgium. As of 2007 it had a population of 3,691.
Trivia
On 4 July 1989, an unmanned Sovjet MiG 23 fighter crashed on top of a house in Bellegem, killing one inhabitant.
