Audouville-la-Hubert is a commune in the Manche department in the Basse-Normandie region in northwestern France.
History
Audouville La Hubert was the scene of a murder of disarmed German POWs by American paratroopers in 1944. Shortly after the capture of Sainte Marie d'Eglise, 30 Wehrmacht soldiers were captured and shot by what is widely believed to be the US 101st Airborne Division.
