Ashley House is a former school teacher from Cheltenham College, who quit his job for BBC1 series Fame Academy and is now a TV presenter.
Broadcasting career
He was the launch presenter on new channel Setanta Sports News in November 2007, having been sports correspondent for Five news. He presented rugby on Sky Sports, tennis on Eurosport and football on Five. He also presented on Real Madrid TV for two years. He presented the launch of Arsenal TV in January 2008. Ashley has also previously worked for Sit-Up TV on their channels.[1]
In October 2009 he began presenting the sports news on BBC News. In July 2010 he was fronting the TV advertising campaign for Warranty Direct, and since January 2011 has been involved in television, billboard and print advertising for the cigarette brand LA Lights in Indonesia. He has also featured in an episode of the BBC children's spy drama 'MI:High'.
