Antanas Vinkus

Antanas Vinkus is a Lithuanian diplomat and is the current Ambassador of Lithuania to Russia, presenting his credentials to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on 27 February 2009.[1] In 2011 Vinkus was elected mayor of Neringa.
