5002 Marnix (1987 SS3) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on September 20, 1987, by E. W. Elst at Rozhen. It is named for Philips Marnix van Sint Aldegonde, mayor of Antwerp, believed to have been the composer of the 'Wilhelmus', which became the Dutch national anthem in 1932.
