The 2012 Chattanooga FC season was the club's fourth season of existence, playing in the National Premier Soccer League, the fourth tier of the American soccer pyramid. The club played in the Western region of the NPSL's Southeast Division.
Chattanooga experienced much success during the regular season and the playoffs, reaching the 2012 NPSL Championship Game, before losing to FC Sonic.
